Students completed a school-wide art project creating and placing kindness rocks. The Kindness Rocks Project is a global movement where people write inspiring, positive, kind and meaningful messages on smooth rocks, then place them out in the community and encourage others to pick them up or create their own. It's a mission to spread kindness and joy to others through works of art! Watch the video to learn more.
Honoring Safeties
Our safeties celebrated their dedication and hard work with a visit to the Firestation. They got to tour the station, hear about how firefighters respond when they get a call, and our students amazed the Fire Prevention Inspector with their knowledge about the fire safety they've learned from Ms. Birckhead and Ms. Marley during health class.
Our students ended their celebration with pizza and complimented each other for a job well done and a great experience being safeties. A big thank you to our PTO for sponsoring this event - we couldn't have done it without your support! Wishing all of our safeties a wonderful middle school experience!
Touch-a-Truck
4th Grade Celebrations
The 4th graders enjoyed a sweet treat at Sandy’s Scoops as part of our end-of-year celebrations! Students cooled off with delicious ice cream before heading to one of our favorite annual traditions—the Parents vs. 4th Graders Kickball Game.
The game was filled with great plays, lots of laughter, and plenty of school spirit. It was a fun way to celebrate a fantastic year together and make lasting memories before moving on to 5th grade!
